Orders within Germany with DHL:

  • up to 80,-EUR order value 6,90 EUR* shipping costs
  • from 80,-EUR order value free shipping and free returns

Orders to Austria:

  • Due to requirements of the packaging law currently no deliveries possible.

Orders to Switzerland with DHL

  • 26,90 EUR* shipping costs
  • No free returns for international orders (Switzerland); returns only after prior consultation.
  • After inspecting the goods, we will refund you the value of the goods in accordance with our return policy.
  • We cannot refund any Swiss import duties (customs/VAT) that have already been paid. Whether and how a refund is possible in Switzerland depends on the regulations there.


Orders to Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, France, Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia

  • up to 80,-EUR order value 15,00 EUR* shipping costs
  • from 80,-EUR order value 9,00 EUR* shipping costs
  • Returns on own account

Orders to other countries will be calculated after separate enquiry.
